WHAT HAPPENS IF I MISS MY PICKUP OR DELIVERY?

We’ve set up reminder texts for the day before your pickup or delivery to help make sure you don’t forget, but we get it – things happen. We’ll help you get rescheduled when it works for you.

Unfortunately, if you do happen to miss another pickup or delivery, we’ll have to charge a missed pickup/delivery fee of $9.95 to cover our costs.
