WHAT IF I NEED TO CANCEL A PICKUP?

No worries, we understand. You can always cancel or reschedule your pickup up free of charge up to 30 minutes before your requested window start time. If you do cancel or reschedule after this time, unfortunately we’ll have to charge a last-minute cancel fee of $9.95 to cover our costs.
